Jessica Gonzales is the Executive Assistant to Sean Tonner, Managing Partner of Fulcrum Group. With 17+ years working directly for Sean, Jessica takes on high-level tasks. She’s become an expert and “go to” for other executives in her field. Her role includes maintaining Sean’s calendar, meetings, planning domestic and international travel, interacting as a point of contact with clients and supporting Sean with company operations, including accounting and human resources.
She has extensive experience in the public sector where she served as Senior Scheduler to former Colorado Governor Bill Owens. She was responsible for managing the Governor's schedule in its entirety. Additionally, Jessica served as a liaison to other state departments, elected officials and various other groups and people seeking to meet with the Governor. Prior to becoming Senior Scheduler, Leyba worked in the Governor's offices of Boards and Commissions as well as the Legislative Liaison Office providing assistance to the Governor's legislative lobbyists.
Jessica also has a rich background in event planning and accounting. She was responsible for the reporting and banking activities for numerous large scale events including President George W. Bush's 1999 visit to Colorado and the annual Step 13 contributor dinner. Leyba managed the accounting for Citizens for Bill Owens, a committee which raised and spent over $5 million.
She currently serves on the board for Project El Crucero, a non-profit organization that helps fund a medical clinic and feeding program in Nicaragua.
Jessica brings 18 years of c-suite experience supporting elected officials, directors and CEO’s.
